Shipping & Fees
How soon will I receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 5 working days. Our delivery partners (TCS/DHL) usually take 3-5 days for delivery across the globe. Delivery to certain countries may take longer.
As soon as we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking code for your shipment which you can use to see exactly when your shoes will be delivered.
Where does Khalil Ahmed deliver to?
We use TCS for delivery within Pakistan and DHL for deliveries to other countries.
Basically, that means that we are most likely delivering to your country as well. However, to confirm this, please check the DHL website.
Other than the price of the product, will I have to pay any additional charges?
If you’re ordering from within Pakistan, then no additional charges have to be paid. We include free delivery on all orders inside of Pakistan.
If you’re ordering internationally, you will have to pay for the shipping fees and any import taxes or customs fees. We have tried to get the best rates from our shipping partner and are constantly trying to find better and cheaper shipping partners for different regions.
The shipping charges will be shown at checkout and depend on the country where you are shipping to.
Import fees and customs taxes are applied by your countries customs authority and are payable to DHL when you receive your package.
Can I track my order?
Yes! After your order is dispatched we will email you with a tracking number that you can use to keep a track of your shipment at any moment
Returns
Can I return my purchases if I don’t like them?
Yes, you can. We understand that a big concern regarding online shopping is the fact that you don’t really know what your product looks like. To make sure this is never a concern for our customers, we offer you a very generous returns policy.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 10 working days of receiving it.

What material are your bags, wallets, belts, and other products made of?
We use genuine cow leather to craft all our products. The leather comes from the finest tanneries in Pakistan, known for its high quality leather products.
How are your products made?
All our products are handcrafted by some of the finest craftsmen in Pakistan.
Payment Options
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes we do! For deliveries within Pakistan, we have partnered up with TCS to offer cash on delivery services.
At checkout after entering your address, you will see an option for cash on delivery as a payment method, if your address is within Pakistan.
For cash on delivery orders, please enter an active phone/mobile number. We do not dispatch cash on delivery orders before talking to the customer to confirm the order and address.
What payment methods do you support?
For deliveries within Pakistan, we support:
- Cash on delivery
- Online payment using any debit or credit card
For deliveries outside of Pakistan, we only support online payment using debit and credit cards.
Is my debit/credit card information secure with you?
Yes it is! Mostly because we don’t really store your debit/credit card information on our server.
Instead, we use an industry leading, trusted, and stable payment gateway powered by 2Checkout to process your payment.
Your debit/credit card information is never visible to any of our systems, and is handled securely by our payment processor, who are certified to follow all leading industry standards for data security.
